Welcome to the home of the Lotus Nei Gong International School of Internal Arts<\/strong><\/span>. We are a dedicated school of cultivators working through the medium of Chinese Martial Arts,<\/strong> Nei Gong, Qi Gong<\/strong><\/span> and Meditation<\/strong><\/span>. The school was established in the UK by Damo Mitchell<\/strong><\/span> in 2004 and has since gone on to become a global organisation.<\/p>\n

With over four decades of study in the Eastern arts<\/strong><\/span>, half of that time being spent studying in China, Taiwan and South East Asia, internationally acclaimed author<\/span><\/strong> and teacher, Damo Mitchel<\/strong>l<\/strong><\/span> presents the fruit of his studies through this school and we look forward to helping guide you on your own path to mastery of the internal arts<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
